Texas A&M has been selected to compete in the 2013 Chick-fil-A Bowl against ACC runner-up Duke, per CBS's Bruce Feldman.
The Aggies concluded the season 8-4 (4-4 SEC) behind a two-game road losing streak, good for fourth in the West Division of the Southeastern Conference. Oppositely, the Blue Devils shocked the nation with a unexpected 10-3 (6-2 ACC) record and Coastal Division title, falling 45-7 to Florida State in the ACC Championship on Saturday.
The matchup will take place Dec. 31 in Atlanta's Georgia Dome, and will mark A&M's first visit to the Chick-fil-A Bowl in school history. Similarly, Duke will also be making its first appearance in Atlanta, scoring the invitation after an unprecedented season on the gridiron.
