What are the best and worst things about living in the state of Alabama?

Well, I've never lived in Alabama, but having visited Tuscaloosa a few times, I'd say the thing that puzzled me most was the number of attractive women hanging out with guys with bowl haircuts. Kidding!

Good question. Knile just doesn't seem to be the same back that he was before the broken ankle. The explosiveness and quick cuts don't seem to be quite there yet. That being said, he isn't getting much help from the offensive line. However, Knile's backup, Dennis Johnson, is seeing a lot fewer carries but has about twice the yards-per-carry average. I think we'll see more of Dennis this week.

I mentioned Knile in another post, but there are some serious problems when it comes to depth and talent at linebacker and in the secondary, and in talent on the offensive line. They've missed on some guys or haven't recruited well enough at those spots. Also, some unexpected departures have also hurt on the O-line.

How is Wilson looking in practice this week?

That depends on how Arkansas handles Manziel, and also what the injury situation looks like for the Hogs. They played a similar QB Sept. 8, ULM's Kolton Browning, and tried putting a spy on him. That didn't work, and now that spy, outside linebacker Alonzo Highsmith, is now playing the Mike. Also, starting free safety Eric Bennett has an undisclosed injury and is day to day, and tight end Chris Gragg, who's a major threat as a receiver, has a leg injury. Gragg's status isn't known.

If Tyler Wilson stays healthy and those two guys are healthy, I think Arkansas will score some points. But it remains to be seen if they can stop Manziel, who's quicker, faster and basically just a better player than Browning.
