Nice review, but you forgot to grade the specialists. We completely struck out on kickers, punters, and deep snappers. This is how depth problems start.

Sumlin mentioned a good deep snapper coming in as a walk-on and the Mike Mathews taking practice snaps at deep snapper soon. Kicker and punter you really only need every 2 years for schollies.
