A&M and OU are the front-runners to land Parker.

Since de-committing from LSU, Manvel WR Kyrion Parker has kept a low profile. However, the 3-star playmaker spoke with GigEm247 about the latest surrounding his recruitment.

...and does 0U still have room? 4 WR commit already, right?
but I guess we have 4 if you count Gibson and Griffin and we're still after Samples regardless.

Us vs ou - we have them on academics and he said he likes Sumlins offense, not sure about roster but we need guys his size, didnt get any last year

Wants to stay close to home..
College Station is closer to Manvel than 0U is.

He is flirting for a little bit, wants to know how bad we want him before he goes all in:
117 miles to CS
452 miles to Norman
292 miles to Baton Rouge....
Um yea, if he decommitted partly due to distance, definately not going to Norman, unless he isnt good with maps....

Agreed, however, we also need to weigh his value for things.
His official reason for leaving LSU was distance and not vibing with the program. However, it came awfully close to Garner's commitment, who he said he wanted to play with.
Being close to home is one thing, but the allure of OU's offense is another. OU's advantage is that they experience and stability whereas we're a new bunch.
That said, we won't be so new when he gets on campus. If he slaps some pounds on and keeps his speed up, he could be starting on an offense that is established with an experienced QB.
