Steven Terrell was a leader this spring, but the Aggies need more players to step up.

One of the biggest storylines out of fall camp is going to be the A&M safeties, a unit that had a disastrous outing in the Maroon and White game.

Steven Terrell, and Steven Campbell are both really good. Tony Hurd is also good. I dont expect safety to be as big of a problem as everyone is saying

I'm not sure, I think they're going to have problems back there. I don't think they're particularly good in coverage and I'm really unsure of how they'll play coming up in the run game.

They're great in coverage....
But that won't define them coming season...they have to hit.

Aubrey, serious question.... What spring game were you watching?
The safeties were one of the better units out there. The corners and safeties held up very nicely.

Aubrey - The MAJOR X factor you didn't mention is quite simply coaching. Marcell Yates will have the DB unit and Safeties playing a dramatically improved game. The talent level is there, it's the coaching that was below dismal in years past.

Well, I figure everyone knows that coaching is a major x factor for every position, but you're right, that's especially true in the secondary.

damn probably a redshirt candidate then. Wanna see if he can still cover like a corner like his junior year or if his senior year at mlb messed him up
