247 Composite question

Looking at the CB composite list, Alexander is 3rd and the highest 4 star. The 4th place guy is also a 4 star. The 5th place guy has a lower rating than the 3rd and 4th place guy, but he's a 5 star? Explanation?

Looks like mobile is using the 247 stars with the composite rank/rating. Thanks for catching that. I'll get it fixed. It looks like it's good on web, just not mobile
