ANNOUNCEMENT: GigEm247 Draft Show w/ Charles McMillian, others

Alright Ags we've been working tirelessly behind the scenes for the past few weeks to get this thing rolling. Next Thursday, draft night, from 6PM to 7PM, we will be having a live show on the roof of the Corner Bar on North Gate. Myself, Bloom and the Eagle's David Harris along with former A&M defensive backs coach Charles McMillian and Randy Bullock (schedule permitting) will be the discussing everything from the draft to Aggie football to recruiting. We encourage everyone to come out next Thursday to the corner bar. There will be drink and food specials all night. We also might be adding a few guests from now until next Thursday. Hope you all can make it.

Charles McMillian is one of my favorite people I've had the chance to come in contact with since I got in this business. If you guys only knew how hard things were for him because of Sherman's stubbornness. He's a straight shooter so I'm looking forward to you guys hearing him talk next week. For those of you who will think I'm just sucking up, Sherman didn't want to offer Thomas Johnson because he was 5-11. That's the kind of things he had to fight on a daily basis under Sherman. We'll get into that next week too.

Mcmillian was my favorite coach to talk to. I'd go sit in his office and talk for an hour like every other week. He's always been a straight shooter. Was very open about his frustrations, especially with how he wasn't allowed to offer the DBs he wanted

The more I hear about Sherman, it makes me ill. His reputation with the Packers was he was stubborn, would not change, and his teams underachieved. We should have known.
