So I'm going over the scores now and frankly I'm certain we're going to be at least #12 in Boyd's RPI...and it's not inconceivable we could be as high as #7.

Seriously, I didn't look to see how close those team all were and almost all of them in front of us lost and we're getting help from other teams we've beaten. If I had to guess, I'd bet we're about #10 in RPI tomorrow and still as high as 7 in the polls.

We actually have a chance to still pull this off with a big kick at the end.

The perfect storm may be setting, it would not surprise me in the least to see texas take the baylor series.

Ags need to win out for the super, it can be done.

Losing Parker French and that other SP will hurt Texas' chances. I do not think Texas is very good at all.
Will be very interesting to see how Baylor responds though.

We are going to play most schools within our proximity due to travel costs.

From that, I deduce the following if based strictly off RPI:

Locks (4)-Florida, Florida state, Baylor, UCLA(although they are not as high in some polls).

Likely to host Super Regional(3)-North Carolina State, north Carlolina and Oregon.

South Carolina and LSU play each other, so I expect there to be some sort of split.

Hard to imagine the SEC only getting one Super Regional.

Honestly... We need to win out and root for Baylor to get to the tournament finals... We need a chance to play them again and get a win. Win the tournament and beat Baylor along the way... I think the NCAA will give us a national seed. They would love to have blue bell on a national stage.... And it would generate some nice revenue. Our Record vs top 25 rpi is killing us. 1-6! 1-2 vs Fullerton.... 0-3 vs Baylor, 0-1 vs rice. We should have beat rice (Martin) should have beat Fullerton 2 of 3 (could not get the runner home from 3rd w 1out and lost in extras) and should have won a game or 2 vs baylor (bullpen). Our bullpen has cost us a national seed guarantee. We actually need to root for Texas to sweep baylor... So they get in the rpi top 25, and give us 2 more wins. I think Baylor is 6-2 vs top 25 and rice is 8-3. Rice is 19 in rpi, but get a top 25 UCF team this weekend. Need for UCF to get 2 of 3.
