Art Briles: Dumbest Coach in the State of Texas

  • farmersfight08 said...

    and yet your still baylor

awesome comeback! right now that means a lot to everyone in America who is not biased like you are. try reading some national publications like SI, ESPN, etc.

or check the rankings. any rankings. doesn't matter what sport...

  • Briles is a very good high school coach, probably a below average Big12/NCAA coach.

Just like Baylor's new stadium would be nice if Baylor were a high school, but is still embarrassingly lousy for a school in a BCS conference.

But then again, Baylor shouldn't even be in a BCS conference, so we all know they're just tickled pink to continue threatening lawsuits while everyone tries to reorganize without them or their piddly stadium.

Come on, you guys would drool all over yourselves at the prospect of dumping Sumlin for Briles. Briles ain't dumb though. He's a west Texas boy, not some guy dressed like a gay milkman singing about touching his tra la la. No university in the entire nation has ever had a more successful sports program than Baylor did this year. A&M is, always has been, and always will be an afterthought outside of College Station.

What the hell are you talking about? Your team is 18-101 in the Big 12 since the beginning and you want to come over here and puff your chest out because baseball had a good team? You cannot be this damn lame. Who gives a shit about one year. You are talking sht and your lame ass progam is 18-101.

You're Baylor - no one gives a shit about you.

    18-101

Haven't actually seen much press on Baylor. Close to zero.

Tons and tons on A&M and the SEC. Not much on Baylor though. Barely a whisper.

  • Art Briles would enter a 3-man circle jerk with his father and son if he could coach at A&M.

Correction: Art Briles would enter a 3-man circle jerk with griner and mulkey if he could coach at A&M.

  • Was Briles responsible for the media strategy as well?

Has Perryman group done an economic impact report on that new stadium?, will ticket costs skyrocket to $3.00?

  • It's not hard to see why the Bears are so cocky these days...

  • This thread is hilarious. Best season in the nation? HA. No one nationally gives a crap about baseball. No one nationally gives a crap about women's bball. You had a pretty good season in football, and you still lost to a lowly 7-6 A&M team by 28 points!!! How does that happen with a Heisman leading your offense?

Even with your AWESOME season last year, NO ONE is talking about you anymore. When the Big 12 comes up, it's OU, Texas, WVU, Kstate, and TCU. What is Baylor predicted this year? 8th? 9th?

I see almost daily articles concerning A&M's move to the SEC, Sumlin's interviews with ESPN, CBS, Yahoo, etc, or how great Sumlin is recruiting right now.

There's a reason Baylor was never talked about in conference realignment. NO ONE CARES.

  • Baylor is picked 7th out of 10 in the Big 12 this year. Your one year of glory is over.

    scoutp

  • That's also why all these retard Baylor people are desperately trying to talk trash right now.

They had 1 little glimmer of being semi-legitimate in the last 50 years. It's hard to let go of that, knowing what's coming.

    cameron00

  • I hope the new stadium is nice to look at because it will be the most expensive monument on campus. Baylor students don't go to games. Without A&M and Nebraska filling up your stadium every other year, that only leaves Texas to fill up your stadium once every other year.

Or am I underestimating those thousands of Iowa St., Kansas, Kansas St., OK St., West Virginia fans?

Do you pay attention to what you write? Or do you just babble and and try to be a troll?

This is the list of kids your lame 18-101 school offered and turned you down after the "greatest year in all of College Sports in the history of time":

    Derrick Griffin
    Ishmael Wilson
    Laquvionte Gonzalez
    R'Shaad Samples
    Brett Wade
    James White
    Noel Ellis
    Tavares Garner
    Joas Aguilar
    Reggie Chevis
    Jay Arnold
    J.J. Gustafson
    Kenny Hill

But, hey, you have a keyboard and can pound away something sarcastic or Baylor Bold, but dont let the facts hit you too hard.

  • What Art meant to say in this video was, "When we came here the big12 was allot better than it is now, now we've been to two bowl games"
