Having either 2 first round picks next year from the OL or 1 in each of the next two drafts will be big for recruiting top OL in the first. Kids watch the draft and take notice of schools getting tons of talent in the first round.
1 in 2013 and 1 in 2014 seems ideal. Gotta keep recruiting top OL.
