I believe Thrill is a member on this site as well but I thought I'd go ahead and post what he posted on AggieYell over here as well. Apologies Thrill if I've over-stepped any bounds...
"After tossing the idea around it seems that an endowed scholarship would be a fitting way to honor our friend in his fight and and contribute to something that will benefit others for many years into the future.
We did speak with Cody's family and they are on board with this effort. This is NO way takes away from any other contributions you may want to make to other causes to help the family. Do as you feel led.
To donate, simply click the link and make the donation in honor of Cody Krueger. (the Association page says "in memory", but these gifts are in honor of Cody and his brave fight as our prayer is that Cody is here long enough to outlive the future scholarship recipients).
Under the section marked "Gift Notification" - simply put "Cody Krueger" and use the street address:
1 Aggie Way
College Station, TX 77840
(I'm working with the association to make sure that they receive all notifications to their home address, but just prefer to not put that info out on the internet)
I'll post updates as we go along, but our goal is clearly $25,000 as this is the threshold to make the gift an endowed scholarship. This will also allow us to have a rallying point for future fundraising. Perhaps we can do a yearly tailgate and beer tasting and donate to this scholarship? Once it hits $100,000 Cody and his family will receive a plaque in the Hagler
Please share with other friends who may be led to help the cause. Thanks Ags - let's do this for a guy who continues to fight one helluva fight. I know he has inspired us all in different ways.

Thanks for the post Hugh.
Please keep us updated on the progress of the fund.
Not positive, but I ran the Warrior Dash this past weekend and I believe I saw a group of runners wearing shirts with his name on them. I've never been a subscriber to AY and don't know who he is, but my T&P go out.
Prayers with Cody and his family.

Done. Thoughts and prayers. Thanks for posting.
Ags - you all amaze me with your generosity. We had a great day today. 25k is going to happen and then we are goin to keep raising and figure out better ways to fight this cruel bitch of a disease.
Keep this top of mind. Just do what you can. $5 makes a difference.
My heart aches. Prayers for all involved. Will be handling my business this evening.

Thanks for posting this Hugh!!
Donated. This is a great cause that will benefit future Aggies. Tax deductible too.
Can't let this fall from the first page. Ttt.
Cody has passed Ags, this is a sad day.
Can we tack this to the top? I know he didn't post here but he was a great poster that a lot of posters here shared many thoughts and opinions with on TOS. Plus, he was an Ag and was too damn young.
I know on TOS they can't tack it due to some compliance issue. I don't know if the same issue exists here or not. It wasn't explained so I don't know the details but it'll just be up to us to make sure it stays high on the board.
