Yeah, IMO these 2015 guys we know we want should all have been holding offers for weeks now. DT should have had an offer the day after signing day this year. Murray, Mack, Pryor, too.... Times have changed. You can't wait to offer these kinds of guys anymore.
Safeties don't change the game In college.
Mack Brown safeties do if you catch my drift
Win we shall, yes we can, yes we will.
Earl Thomas says hi. And Deionte is better then any safety A&M has signed in the past 15 years atleast. Dont believe me? Keep watching
Terrence Keil says hi from heaven
...who the heck seriously knows except God, and Sumlin. ~ Aggiemom6
And.....Earl was not a game changer.
Earl had 8 INTs in 1 season. Earl is also the best safety in the NFL right now.
Earl Thomas didn't change games.
And I'm not saying he isn't the best safety out there.
I'm saying the difference between having an average quarterback versus a very good quarterback has 10 times the effect on the game as any safety ever will.
Look at Texas. They've basically sucked balls since Colt McCoy.
Manti' Teo says "hello"
Maybe if Texas didn't have Earl Thomas, they wouldn't have won any games?
I guess I could buy that.
Deionte sounds like a stud.
You do him know favors coming over here and spouting off about how well connected you are.
"I like Bears and if you're going to be a bear, UMMMMM, BE A Grizzley"
Maybe with Earl Thomas Texas only loses by 35 to OU this year?
Is that considered "game changing"?
If Texas still had Earl Thomas, the Big12 would never have fallen like it has.
Hard to envision Texas losing to a terrible TCU team at home with ol' Earl Thomas out there...
The Big12 co-champ lost to the SEC #5 by 28 points?
Well, sir, perhaps you never heard that Earl Thomas is now in the NFL and no longer in the Big12!
The game changer in Earl has been the reason Mack still has a job.
I do, however, feel like Texas somehow managed to get blown out by Baylor with Earl at the helm.
Not sure how that happened. He must've been sick that day or something.
The LHN just hasn't been the same since Earl Thomas left.
So long, ratings!
I do remember Texas beating A&M without Earl maybe he wouldve made it be a blow out
There's no doubt about that.
Earl Thomas would've kept Texas from falling into complete irrelevancy.
But, you know, he's gone.
Honestly, Bevo15, what do you think:
Would Texas have kept it within 35 of OU with Earl?
I'm leaning yes, but it's hard to say for sure because OU could've easily won by 50 in that game. So they might have had to play harder to win by the 40+, but I think it still happens.
Idk but i do remember Earl playing in 2 BCS Bowls even a Championship. When was the last time A&M played in a game like that?
He was the game changer that almost beat Bama...
No disrespect to this guy. But ive never heard of him and im sure he's not better then Earl. And im sure out of highschool he wasn't better then DT. But guys not here to start a fight or derail a thread A&M is the TOP program in the state right now and it doesn't loom like it will change for awhile as long as you guys keep Sumlin.
