I pretty much agree with this. I have subs to AY, TexAgs, and 247 (very sad, I know). I will say that I enjoy all three sites. I don't post much or read much of the off topic stuff so the community aspect isn't really why I visit the sites. With that said, here's my opinion.
247 - definitely leads in recruiting info (accuracy, timing, and amount). I also like how Taylor gives the facts and lets the reader interpret. Of all the recruiting analysts on all sites, Taylor probably gets the best info from the recruits. I also think the 247 network is becoming on of the best.
TexAgs - easily the leader in media. I like to be saturated in anything Aggie and TA does a good job cranking out tons of coverage through many channels. I also think TA is a great source for any team or administrative info (team news, coaching hires, conf realignment, etc...)
AY - the Rivals network and star system. Eventhough there are conspiracies about the bias in the rankings, I feel it's good for comparison's sake. Again, I'm not a "community legend like Thrill, Daddy, imart, or Hog Dog Mike so that part of the board doesn't do much for me (although I do respect each opinion or POV). I do feel that AY is usually behind the curve in recruiting scoop compared to the others.
With that said, I think each site is worth the $$$ and they all excel in their own way.

This network has the best forum software. Huge props to the devs here, because there were a lot of bugs when I first got here.
Has anyone heard anything about Derrick Griffin?
Don't sell Father Sandhop short. If you are going to talk Aggie football recruiting websites then you have to mention Tony and Dave,
"I like Bears and if you're going to be a bear, UMMMMM, BE A Grizzley"
I really liked Hop, but when AY split, I didn't go to scout because I hated all the posters that went with him. Then I ended up hating all the AY posters anyway so I ended up here. Probably more me than anyone else, but whatever. I don't hate everyone here... yet.
AY is great to pass the time because of the community and you can have a negative opinion unlike on texags. Colin is just mad because he's basically the only person in history to be permabanned from there.
Taylor and Aubrey have the recruiting scoop for sure.

Hamm, you know what would be awesome is a list of news articles on the main page that are A&M related so all i have to do for A&M news in the national media is click a link.. That is literally the only thing i go to Texags for. Just a thought
Regarding AY, the football knowledge from Tarp and Jmlittle is second to none. They really break everything down for you.
Agreed. Sometimes Tarp is accused of being a wet blanket, but I appreciate his opinion. i do feel that he is the best at really breaking down a player's skill set and some X's and O's.
I also like the TA feature where Jerrod Johnson diagrams plays. I'm a football junky that comes from a coaching family and I could literally watch that stuff for hours.
