Ok people I have seen threads with people I trust opinion comparing JFF to HOF QB's and legends of the NFL while all of you have ignored me about who this guy looks like at QB.
Tate Forcier is the guy you see on Sat's playing for us. Now everybody ignoring that fact b/c Tate was such a douchebag you can't compare him to this future HOF guy we have.
JFF is not John Elway
JFF is not Roger Staubach
JFF is not any HOF QB
JFF is Tate Forcier
I linked the highlights so you idiots can link these two together and quit comparing him to Warren Moon.
I'm going get the kids up for school
These are some of the amazing plays from Tate Forcier from the 2009 season. Go Blue!

I see him as a slower Reggie McNeal.
Completely different styles.McNeal had elite straight line speed, which Johnny doesn't, but Johnny's a bit shiftier on the move than McNeal. McNeal also had a howitzer for an army, and even though Johnny's arm is adequate, I don't think anybody would argue that it's as strong as McNeals.
Forcier's not bad, but he wasn't a great runner. Taking away actual quality of future play and not saying AT ALL that he'll be that successful, I still think Steve Young. Young was an option quarterback in high school who had to adapt his game in college.
I can't find any lengthy highlights of Young at BYU, but when I was watching a 30 for 30 about the USFL they showed some clips of him and I think they play a lot alike. Here's some clips of him in the USFL.

Since the OP mentioned Michigan, a poor man's Denard Robinson would be a good comparison.
Denard is a little faster and therefore more capable of breaking one, while Johnny is a little more accurate with his passes. Mostly because Johnny prefers short passes where Denard likes to throw the deep ball up for grabs.
Both would prefer to run rather than pass.
Uh, Tate Forcier sucked. Bad comparison.
Forcier rushing numbers went way down when big10 play started. This guy had the wiggle and broke some amazing runs, same speed and arm strength. Forcier started off as a media darling and UM fav before derailing his career with being a douchbag.
From a athletic standpoint only this the closest comparison to Johnny.
Well Denard kind of derailed him too
Yeah but Forcier only had like 240 rushing yards total in his full season. Manziel already almost has that many and he's two games in.
If you crossbred Tate and Denard you might have something
Fran Tarkenton...final answer.
I think JFF leads us in rushing this yr.
Man, I can't get anybody on this Steve Young wagon... It's going to catch on eventually.

Are you kidding? I could hear that arrow a mile away.
