It looks like Texas Tech and SMU are ahead of Texas A&M in this race, but they will have more time to recruit him. Frazier is holding off on making a decision. He wont announce until after the April 3 McDonald's AA Game.
What Texas Tech does with Chris Walker is one of the factors he is considering.

Just waiting for the Texas Tech mess to get cleared up. Once Walker is hired and Walker hires the mentor to the staff, Keith will announce publicly that he's heading to Lubbock.
Tech's basketball program is just a mess right now.
What does that say about ours?
Just because the team isn't good doesn't mean the program is a mess. A&M didn't have to fire a coach in the fall for abusing players, hire an interim, then go on a coaching search. And that's just scratching the surface. They've had like 15 players transfer the last few years. It's insane.
No doubt about that. Amazing that the mentor is going to steer this kid directly into that debacle for his own gain.
I guess amazing isn't the right word...it's deplorable.
It says more about the people "mentoring" Keith than it does our program.
We have a bad coach, not a bad program.
Looks like ol' Tubby Smith could possibly be in the works for Tech. You'd have to say that makes the situation less disastrous.
When I said "what does that say about our program?" I meant re: Frazier leaning Tech, despite the chitstorm going on there, over an Ag offer. Do not know Frazier's background or about the clowns handling him. If what Hugh hints at is on the mark, makes a lot more sense.
Look at his skill level and offer list. A kid with those offers and attributes doesn't end up with the final three he has for no reason.
