I saw a dude who looked like Brian Kelly grinding on Lennay Kekua the other night, and I was like "hey dude, why are you grinding on Manti's girlfriend?!" And he looked at me like he was on crystal meth!
Who the hell cares if he's at a bar at 1 am? He very well might have been meeting with some Houston money, or he very well may have been doing whatever the hell he damn well feels like doing as a grown ass man.
I will say this, he definitely does not like being in pictures, regardless of where he is. That actually lends credibility to the story.
It probably was Sumlin. Who cares?
"I like Bears and if you're going to be a bear, UMMMMM, BE A Grizzley"
Whew! And I thought this thread was gonna be about Notre Dame hiring Sumlin as an assistant coach.
What a relief!
Waste of time.
I'll bet it was just Clarence on the prowl and the dumbass just assumed it was Sumlin.
If I was him I wouldn't want to to take a picture while I was at a bar either, Sumlin is a hardass at times and that perfectly fine with me.

Since I'm weirded out, I step to the side and look at my phone, slightly out of embarassment. As I look up, he is staring right at me and says, "better not be tweeting anything either." Me: "Sir, I'm not tweeting anything. I dont even know how". KS: "I saw you doing it right now". Me: (holding up my phone screen) "No just sending a text. I went to Notre Dame, I understand how twitter can cause problems". He shakes my hand and I walk away.
So he sees an older black guy at the bar standing near somebody in an A&M polo and automatically assumes it must be Sumlin. The black guy deserves props for playing it off when some drunk guy came up to him talking about his football team
Even if it is true, so what if Sumlin wants to get tooted up and chase strange? Dude is an alpha-wolf. These things happen.
I was not drunk, in fact I was completely sober. Look at the time stamp when I posted originally, very few spelling errors (if any) for a drunk guy won't you agree? Contrary to your experiences, I dont have a hard time telling blacks apart; being half my relatives are black.
Did you do a bump with him? Was it good shit? How was the drip?
I don't see a problem here. Sumlin at a bar at 1 AM with two escorts and the poster didn't even mention him drinking, so what's the issue? Even if drinking he's got two people to help him if he gets a little tipsy. And who the hell wants to take a photo with a random white guy at 1 AM when you're trying to get chill? I'm sure he frequented the place when at Houston so maybe he was looking for someone he knew, female or male, it's whatever and I could care less if true.
Poster is being accusational with the coke comments and what not, Sumlin has a non 9-5 job where he has to deal with all sorts of people, no reason to assume he's doing something he shouldn't just cuz he's out late, I for one am glad he didn't take a pic with this guy considering he ran and told this story on their board, he knows u can't trust anyone
Your logic is boggling my mind
Non issue really. Although one could say that its a tell-tale sign of conference affiliation. SEC coach apparently seen in a bar/club full of women. Notre Dame coach apparently found to be covering up and embellishing a fake girlfriend hoax in order for his overrated player to achieve undeserved accolades. Interesting indeed.

He was partying with my buddies in houston.
This is a hoax. The same think was circulating with Brian Kelly instead of Sumlin earliet today. It's all crap.
Earlier today, really? I posted originally at 0130 on Tuesday, almost 31 hours ago. I have no reason to lie, nor is there any ill will toward TAMU/Sumlin as a ND fan. If I was a Longhorn, perhaps I would an incentive to fabricate. But I saw him, met him, and told people about the encounter. Sorry if that conflicts with some internal narrative about the guy.
chill dude he was only stating that it was "circulating" earlier today, not that it acutally happened at that time. And, lets be honest, you didn't post on your site to talk about some encounter with a coach to pass the time.
