  • I want to start out by saying congrats on your 2011 Meineke Car Bowl win, what an accomplishment. I too remember the great years of going 7-6 at USC, oh the memories. There is no rivalry, welcome to a real conference maybe you and SC State can get something going.

    Surely you realize that A&M is one of the ten richest universities in the country with one of the ten largest alumni bases in the country? Once A&M decides to devote its resources to football, and it appears it has with the move to the SEC, firing its loser football coach and athletic director and implementing plans to significantly improve its facilities, I am sure it will do just fine.

    We'll revisit this topic in a few years. Best of luck to you.

    Not at all bad for texas a&m. Hyman is a great AD who helped our program in numerous ways. He'll do the same for a&m. We will hire another good AD because we have the facilities, coaches, fan support etc. to attract qualified candidates. I'm not sure why you think that hiring Hyman will put you above us in the SEC. We finished with 4 more wins and 4 less losses than you guys while playing in a tougher conference so....bring it. The second half is even tougher in the SEC.
