  • Just saw on sportscenter where their Heisman "expert" did a tribute piece on colon klein and finished by the segment by raising the question, "Who will win the trophy and who deserves to win it"....answer Manziel wins but klein deserves it....

  • Can anybody give me a logical, well thought out reason for not voting JFF. I mean, the numbers are there, the electric playmaking ability is there, he's a good kid. I mean how can you not vote for him? The kid is incredible, and they want to give it to either a boring, overrated QB who couldn't beat Baylor, or a LB who isn't even the best defensive player in the country. I'm honestly so confused about how close this thing is.

  • The kid you referred to came up way short in your teams two losses this year. Manti is the best overall player in all of college football. He is a playmaker over 100 tackles 7 ints but more importantly he changed the culture of Notre Dame and he did it the right way. If Johnny football would was the heisman he would have pulled out those two games and would be playing ND. One game under the brigh lights doesnt get it done. Honestly I dont know how he is even in the running along with Klien he lost the game at Baylor with the ridiculous turnovers. One thing is for sure I want the NC over Manti winning the heisman and the beautiful part is I believe Manti would say the same thing. GO IRISH

    The thing significant about any of Manti's numbers are his INTs. He does not affect the overall game like Johnny.

    The Heisman is not about changing culture's. It's about being the best player.

    I would Marquise Lee or Tavon Austin over Klein, and definitely over Manti.

    Your loss argument is stupid. So, Tebow shouldn't have won it? RGIII? Bradford? Or a slew of other players? It's not the best player on the best team; it's the best player.

    How about you go and censored yourself. Manti isn't even close to the best LB in the country, and sob stories don't qualify someone to win the Heisman. What about his overwhelming three tackles against a garbage Pitt team? How many sacks does he have? Yea, take this censored and shove it up your censored. Oh yea, censored you.

  • Teo is so over-awarded. The guy isn't the best linebacker or the best defender or the best player in the college football game this year. Just look at his statistics, and look at the team defensive stats. Teo is a top quartile defensive player, and probably in the top 10 LBs this year. He deserves respect as that, but lordy, all these awards? J-O-K-E.

  • Teo is impressive and the ND defense is clearly very good. I just don't think they are as good as their #1 rank in scoring defense. Here's where the teams they have played rank in scoring offense.
