I caught up with a bunch of guys, including Zach Whitley and Najee Toran, at the Clear Creek track meet last night. There is also a big sophomore DT from Cy Falls that plans on camping at A&M this summer.

Some of the top prospect in the Houston area, including Top247 linebacker Zach Whitley, were out at the Clear Creek track meet Friday and gave the latest on their recruitments

Anybody know what David Klingler does today?

-I think Lampkin is a DT all the way. He's definitely tall for the spot but he is just built like a DT. He's a wide kid and he still moves well. He's likely a big NT.
-I think David Klingler does some private QB coaching but I'm not positive. Jimmy is on the coaching staff at Manvel. David's kid is a QB at Cinco Ranch. He was a junior this year but tore his ACL right before the season.
