Depends on when I have to buy it. As long as the hippies don't try to ban them anytime soon I don't have any problem waiting a few years and paying good money. If they get all bent out of shape at this shooting and speed things up I'll have to go cheaper

Honestly, on a budget, I'd got with the S&W M&P Sport that was discussed here the other day.

My favorite little gun to shoot a lot is the M1 .30 carbine. It's not as macho or sexy as an AR or AK but it's a fun gun.

People have the ARs (most probably because they think they are cool) for varmit hunting or target shooting. A lot of the target matches use service rifles.

The ARs can be made hella accurate and are comfortable to shoot because of the low recoil (something to do with the springs in the stock).

Exactly girth. You can't keep crazy people from going off; they'll find a different way to do it. And criminals will just find a way to get the gun illegally. Making certain guns illegal just keeps them out of the hands of people that will use them properly

So you honestly thinking making semi automatic guns illegal will stop killings? How often is there a mass shooting in America? Once every few years? These people are crazy and plans for months. They'll find a way to get what they need to do what they want, regardless of what's illegal. Bombs are illegal too but that didn't stop him from booby trapping his apartment did it?

today just put those deaths on the news for you to see......otherwise you wouldn't get to see the deaths in all the poverty stricken and backwoods areas of this country (generalized of course).

Is what happend today a tragedy? Absolutely! But get off your high horse and quit acting like the deaths that occured today are any worse than the ones from yesterday or the day before....it was just on the news today.
