The most difficult thing seems to be updating other site rankings, but they probably only have a couple major shifts in rankings and probably publicized so it shouldnt be too difficult. Great job, is 247 paying to use their ratings or not have to because it is public knowledge?

This is cool and all but I'm still super confused as to why we're so low on team rankings. I don't really care but we should be somewhere about 3-4-5-6 or so. In this composite ranking system, how does it account for sites who don't have certain players ranked? Like Sezer - if he's rated an 78 on here, but NR (0) on others, does that make him (78 + 0 + 0 + 0 + 0 + 0)/6?

No, it's an average of the available rankings, a non-rating isn't a zero, it's undefined essentially.

So why are we ranked 11, yet have more 3-star/4-star commits than the teams above us? Is it because their 4-stars are higher ranked than ours, etc? Logically, that's the only remaining thing that could bump us so far down.

You didn't drop any spots. Clemson passed you in the old system a few days before the new system kicked in.

Somebody should track this ranking versus the 247 rankings so we can see if there is any institutional bias for or against any teams.
