Very interesting stuff going on with the NCAA. Obviously they are trying to cut down on "Lyles" type recruiting services.

247sports uses youtube, which is free to the general public, as their prospect video outlet.

What a nit-picky rule. It doesn't even apply to scholastic or "regularly scheduled" events. So you could make clips of high school games "members only" and it would be fine.
However, if you record an all-star game, a summer league basketball game, or anything that like, that video has to be free.
