Rejoice! Our cries have been heard. I don't think White actually "move up" in the rankings, they just increased the number of 4 stars by a couple.

With the Claiborne commit we have 18 commits who are a 4 star on at least one of the 4 main recruiting sites. I think 13 of those are 4 stars on at least 2 sites.

His sub 4.4 isn't quite good enough to be rated on potential once properly coaches. Grades and work ethic are also not quite up to par, but would guess he is about a one maybe low 2 star.

Grades?? Dude is like top ten percent in his class from what I remember.

Wiggins will move up as well. This kid is an absolute stud on his team and will outshine everyone his senior year. Very very underrated kid.

I found this nugget from Gerry about White which he posted after seeing him at a track meet last year:

"Pics of stud 2013 RB James White (Pearland, Tx./Dawson), who plans to attend the Texas A&M spring game April 16. Lists Texas A&M, Oklahoma, Texas and LSU early on. 6-0, 195-200 and is going to be one of the state's breakout players in 2011 IMO. If he's not a national 100 type of prospect in the 2013 class, I'll be pretty surprised."

But I will add, I don't really care what our guys are ranked. I love White and I love our class this year. More importantly, it's clear that Sumlin loves this class, too. Even if they are all two star recruits, if you can't watch the film and tell that across the board this class is much higher caliber than any that Fran or Sherm brought in, then you weren't paying attention when they were here. This class is going to take us a long, long way. The sips can call Sumlin the new Three Star General or whatever they want to, but it is clear to me that he is killing it right now and he knows it. So, 247 can rank our guys however they want. I prefer to see A&M highly ranked at the end of the season by the BCS, not so much by recruiting websites...

Gerry overrated many of our commits last year, he is gun shy this time around, cant say I blame him but some were just obvious based upon offer lists alone.

He will come around, this aint no 23 cheese burger eating bastard with an affliction t-shirt and knock-off shades.
