Saw my first hole in one on that course when my intermural opponent aced the par 3 over the dry creek bed (not sure which hole) back in the spring of 1968. He hit a very low screemer that barely cleared the creek bed and landed well short of the green. Fortunately for him, it kept bouncing and rolling and eventually hit the flagstick and dropped. Bummer for me but a lasting memory. -
