Apparently the book club isnt as open to new genres as I thought. They are sticking to personal growth, business, leadership type books...might just stop going.

Fuck those yuppie idiots. Start your own book club.

I'm tellin ya...invite all the hotties in the office and recco 50 Shades of Grey

  • the amatuer is about leadership.. just the lack thereof in the white house

  • well if you can have different genres, here are a couple, I think mostly true stories or based on them. All great books and pretty easy reads.

Shadow Divers by Robert Kurston: non-fiction about a sunken WWII U-boat off the northeast and these salvage and recreation divers go down and find it. There were no documents of a u-boat being that close to our coast, really cool story.

Endurance: Shackleton's Incredible Voyage by Alfred Lansing: story about the ship Endurance and its polar expedition gone wrong and they survive on polar ice caps and floating ice for a year or so.

We Die Alone by David Howarth: Great story about a Norwegian commando team trying to infiltrate Noway when occupied by Nazi's is WWII. Anyway, most is about this one guys survival saga.

Three of my favorite books, I highly recommend each for historic and entertainment value

Ha, too bad I'm engaged. There are actually some good looking women in the club currently, but they are intellectual types that hate the idea of reading 50 Shades of Grey (it came up today).

  • 50 shades of grey is an autobiography concentrating on 50 different sexual positions involving sasha grey and how they have affected her life and film career, correct?
