It was from the 12th Man foundation in regards to purchasing season tickets on Monday.

I just sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting to try to get my donor number for website login purposes and never reached anyone. It's not worth my time to sit on hold any longer than that.

donor number is your uin, I did the new grad package and still didnt get my stuff in the mail. I played around on the website and found out the donor number is your uin. then do the forgot password and it will send what ever email you gave them the password. from there you go to buy tickets, and I was supposed to be on the wait list and not be able to buy them until monday, but now you have logged in with all that info and can go ahead and purchase your tickets now. but a heads up they only have north endzone nose bleeds unless you sit by yourself.
