I really don't want Mizzou because I want to make sure Alabama and Auburn both stay in the Western division. I want to pick up one team from the East (WVU looks most likely at this point) and stay at 14 with an additional conference game. It would be easier and would prevent stupid "pod" arrangements. You play the 6 other teams in your division, with one permanent "cross division rival" and two rotating cross division games.

SEC kinda screwed the pooch on this whole deal by dragging its feet. Now the ACC has stolen its thunder by raiding the Big East and become the first league to officially break 12 schools.

Believe me, I don't think either school has the magnitude of A&M, but the SEC had a chance to throw down the gauntlet and start the conference wars, and now the ACC has actually done it. Though its just Pitt and SU, the ACC just swiped two schools from an AQ conference and broke the 12 team barrier and now the Big East will be scrambling to keep its status and start swallowing up other schools. The war has begun while the SEC is still worrying about big, bad baylor.
