Sherman was going to stop the morning practices again a few games into the season, but after we started blowing games he felt like he couldn't stop morning practices. He kept taking the "well we'll stop next week if we win this week" approach

Content is good, but audio is pretty hard to listen to - especially for an extended period. I work in television and can give y'all some tips. Instead of passing a mic around just get everyone hooked up to their own wireless lav mic and connect those all to a sound board (which you may have already done). You can still have speakers coming from the mixer for your audience at the Corner Bar, but it will allow you to also take an aux send or main out and feed the audio directly into the camera. I don't know your setup and again, you could be doing this already and the background noise is just feeding into your mics, but a good set of lav mics will eliminate most of that.

We started to do that, but we thought the audio was picking up fine, we didn't really have a full audio setup there, but well have hat fixed next time.
