Don't sleep on Deshazor.

The starters aren't a bad group at all. Not too shabby. It's the backups that have me completely mortified. If one of those starters goes down we could be up a creek. Hope Devante Harris and Kenneth Marshall are ready to go this fall. They may have to play a lot of minutes! Jordan Richmond, too. Really, really makes me wish Corey Thompson hadn't pulled a Corey Nelson. We could have really used that depth.

So, while only assessing the defense, you can chalk up 6 losses already to this squad? What if the quarterback were unbelievable? By your estimation, it wouldn't matter. Yet, you rip on Tannehill for directing a top 10 offense. He played on a team that has the WORST pass defense in the nation. You have been hanging out with Morris Claiborne a bit too much. How can a defense already account for 6 losses when you just started a thread saying the quarterback is the only person accountable for losses? I'd ask you to try and reason, but that's clearly above your capability.

Last year our defense kept us in every single game we played except for OU (which was close at half). Our offense couldn't complete half two of football games and that is mostly on Tannehill and Sherman. We can't split hairs over that.

I'm insinuating this coming years defense will not keep us in many games to give our team a shot to win late - which is what our 2011 defense was able to accomplish.

Plus, I know more about these topics than you obviously do. It is what it is.

It's not about who individually is coming back it's about quality bodies and talent. We don't have the quality nor the quantity. Especially for the 4-3.
