Oh man, I like this. A lot. Send this to these recruits that want to compete. If they don't get fired up, I doubt they want to work like summy wants them to work. He is going to force these guys to compete and the ones that don't change will never see the field.

He did look upset! And that is a great sign! No more free rides or just getting by. Time to move those off of the field who are just taking up space and replace them with guys who are going to bust their butts, get things done and improve this team.

Looks like Sumlin picked up a lot of the Bob Stoops while in Norman. I like that.
My God men he is definately talkin the talk of a young up and comer. Those glaring eyes gonna cut right through the weak links.

same thought I had....after living in OKC for 5 years and hearing Stoops do press conferences.....Sumlin took some notes for sure.
