I handled production, shooting and editing of this video which was shown to Texas AM to update and inform the University on the status of the new/renovated Kyle Field football stadium. This was all done in less than a week in June of 2012.

BTW, I would be all for moving the location to where the golf course is. It's a terrible course anyway.
Spence park would be ideal if you have the space to do whatever you want to do with it. That way you are still close to the MSC/military walk/tailgating around Reed

I'm betting they don't move it. Too much history and tradition wrapped into that building. Renovation is my guess but given thier track record I feel good about what ever is decided upon

Yeah I don't see why they couldn't use spence park and then turn where Kyle field is now into a really awesome park in the middle of everything when it's all done

And I don't think they'll have any problem building a completely new stadium if it's cheaper and is the only way we won't have to play somewhere else for a year. I don't care what they do, as long as they go balls to the wall. I'm sure if they built a new one it would be in the same style as the current one to keep the history and tradition

whether it be West Campus, Spence Park or right where it's at, wherever the optimal build is.
The 12th Man & the people make it Kyle, not having to have to have it remain exactly where it's located on campus.

I'm with SEC on this one.
The game day experience is what makes this ground hallowed. The fans are what create that environment. I'll bet the experience will be even better in a new stadium.
I do get the nostalgia angle. I like the idea of making it a park or museum or something that fans can walk on it now and be part of the history in some way.
